Order Shipping Policy
Orders with confirmed payment are processed and dispatched based on stock availability.
Online Orders will be billed & dispatched on a best-effort basis, with delivery updates provided via phone, email, or the website. Orders shall be dispatched by Eagle’s appointed courier on optimal surface route or as per order details.
Delivery dates, if so mentioned, are estimated timelines, and Eagle is not liable for delays or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the buyer (e.g. wrong name, or address premises found closed) any extra cost incurred by Eagle for redelivery shall be paid by the buyer. Eagle is not responsible for any shipping company’s error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit, or money.
The buyer upon receiving the product, shall check the accuracy and condition of the delivered product for physical damage or short shipment. If for any issues with the delivered product the buyer is to inform Eagle within 24 hours of the delivery date by written communication or on company call center numbers. No claim on these accounts shall be entertained by Eagle thereafter.
